Programme Details
Duration: 60 Days
Day 1: 29 August 2026
Day 60 / Record Date: 27 October 2026
Registration Opens: 15 August 2026
Goal: 6% Weight Loss in 60 Days
1. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or above on Day 1.
Participation is voluntary.
Participants must provide accurate and complete personal and medical information.
A valid Medical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner/Physician is mandatory.
The organisers may reject or cancel a registration if the information provided is incomplete, false or misleading.
2. Medical Declaration
Participants must disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, previous surgeries or other health conditions that may affect participation.
Participants are responsible for confirming with their own doctor that they are medically fit to participate.
The programme involves exercise, dietary and lifestyle changes and may carry risks such as injury, dehydration, illness, fatigue or other health complications.
The organisers are not a substitute for personal medical or emergency care.
3. Registration & Documents
Participants must provide the required registration details and supporting documents, including:

Medical Fitness Certificate

Required consent and declaration
A valid copy of Aadhaar Card or Passport must be submitted on or before Day 1 for record documentation.
4. Official Weight Verification
Participants must be personally present for official verification on:
Day 1 – 29 August 2026
Time: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Day 60 – 27 October 2026
Time: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Official verification may include weight measurement, video recording, identity verification and other documentation required for the record attempt.
Participants who fail to complete the mandatory verification may become ineligible for record verification.
The venue or timing may be changed by the organisers if required due to logistical or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Day 30 Progress Update
Participants may be required to submit a personal video update around Day 30 showing their progress, health status and weight-loss journey.
The required video/documentation must be submitted through the communication channel specified by the organisers.
6. Record Attempt
This programme is a proposed record attempt.
Participation does not guarantee that a record will be achieved or officially recognised.
Any recognition by the International Book of Records (IBR) or another record authority will depend on its rules, verification process, evidence and final decision.
The organisers do not guarantee registration, approval, verification or certification of the record attempt.
7. Weight Loss Disclaimer
The programme aims to achieve 6% weight loss in 60 days, but individual results may vary.
The organisers do not guarantee:

Any specific health improvement

Successful completion of the programme

Record recognition or certification
Participants are responsible for following appropriate medical, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle advice.
Any personalised consultation or additional service outside the standard programme may involve separate charges.
8. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:

Provide truthful and complete information.

Disclose relevant medical conditions.

Obtain required medical clearance.

Follow programme rules and instructions.

Attend mandatory Day 1 and Day 60 verification.

Submit required documents and progress updates.
-
Inform the organisers of any health issue that may affect participation.
9. Photography & Media Consent
By participating, participants consent to the use of their photographs, videos, voice, name and programme results for programme documentation, record verification, educational and promotional purposes, including use on websites, social media and other media platforms.
10. Fees & Refunds
Programme fees are subject to the applicable published terms.
Fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Additional personalised services or consultations may carry separate charges.
11. Emergency & Medical Expenses
In case of a medical emergency, the organisers may arrange appropriate medical referral or assistance.
Any costs related to medical treatment, hospitalisation, emergency care or other healthcare services will be the participant’s responsibility, subject to applicable law.
Participants are advised to maintain appropriate medical insurance.
12. Force Majeure
The programme or record attempt may be postponed, modified or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, epidemics, strikes, venue issues, technical problems or other unforeseen events.
13. Limitation of Liability
Participants voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with exercise, weight loss, dietary changes and lifestyle modifications.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release FSHP, Infinite Life Fitness Pvt. Ltd., Urbounce Gyms and their respective directors, doctors, trainers, employees, staff, volunteers and associates from liability arising from participation, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Registration Cancellation / Invalidation
Registration may be considered invalid if:

False or incomplete information is provided.

Required medical clearance is not submitted.

Required identity documents are not submitted.

Important medical information is withheld.

Mandatory verification is not completed.
-
Required documentation is not provided.
-
Programme rules are not followed.
15. Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the programme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, subject to applicable law.

By registering for the programme, I confirm that I have read, understood and voluntarily accepted these Rules, Regulations, Medical Declaration, Disclaimer, Consent and Terms & Conditions.
